After your initial interview your instructions and our proposals for work will be set out in writing to you.
We will aim to return your calls to the office the same day. If this is not possible a member of the support staff will endeavour to assist or at the very least advise you as to when you can expect a return call.
We will provide a fees estimate at the outset and review this periodically or at your request.
We will aim to explain the process in laymans terms giving clear advice on timescales and what to expect at each juncture.
We will provide clear advice as to our opinions regarding what we believe you can expect to achieve.
The Solicitor with supervision of your case may attend some of the Court hearings with you but if the case is contested it is likely that we will discuss with you the employment of a barrister for particular hearings. Barristers are specifically trained to argue cases in Court.
You will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. All of our staff appreciate that you come to see us with complex concerns often at emotionally stressful and worrying times. We will however not tolerate rudeness or aggression towards our staff.
Client confidentiality is absolute and all of our staff are aware of the need for the utmost discretion.
