Employment
The question you may want answered first of all is do I need to see a Solicitor ?
There is a lot of information on the Web or in leaflets from the Court Service and Court forms which can be obtained free of charge from the Court Offices. The Court staff cannot give you legal advice. The Citizen's Advice Bureau can sometimes assist to a limited degree and will be able to indicate whether they think you would benefit from having your own independent legal advice. You can refer yourself to mediation without seeing a Solicitor.
